For the fourth consecutive year, the Elementary Student 2 Student (ES2S) team at House Creek Elementary has been named the Military Child Education Coalition's Elementary Team of the Year, a prestigious recognition of their outstanding leadership and commitment to supporting military connected students.

This year's celebration was especially meaningful as four dedicated fifth graders, who have been part of the ES2S team since third grade, proudly represented House Creek at the MCEC Summit. Their continued involvement and growth as student leaders exemplify the heart of ES2S mission, welcoming students, building connections, and creating a supportive school environment.

Christina Valdez, counselor, shared her pride in the team's accomplishments, "These students are the heartbeat of our school's culture. Their compassion and leadership continue to inspire others and make a lasting impact."

House Creek Elementary remains committed to empowering students and strengthening its community through programs like ES2S, providing that even the youngest leaders can make a difference.
